We are open from 8 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Monday through Saturday. On Sunday we are open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. What do we sell?We sell a full range of wine, beer and liquor in a variety of sizes. We also sell a wide selection of soda, juices, still and sparkling water, pre-mixed cocktails, non-alcoholic beer and wine, mixers for any drink idea, ice, barware and gift certificates. We also have an unusually large selection of cocktail olives. May I return a product?We will gladly take returns on items that are unopened and undamaged. This includes single bottles of wine and liquor, and unopened boxes of beer. Returns without a receipt will be given store credit equal to 80% of the total value. ONLY store credit will be issued on returns without a receipt. Do you have special discounts?Yes! We have daily case discounts as follows: What is a case discount?Wine: 20% discount on Mondays and Tuesdays; 15% discount Wednesdays through Saturdays. Liquor: 15% off every Monday through Saturday. Beer: 10% off every Monday Mix: 10% off every Monday through Saturday. Older than 45? We have a baby boomer discount on Wednesdays only that adds an additional 10% discount to any preexisting case discount. As with our other specials, sale items may be used in the case count but are excluded from any additional discount. A case discount is given when, during a single visit, you purchase the number of items, all of the same size, it takes to make 1 full case. Sale items are included in the case count but do not receive an additional discount. May I special order a product you do not carry?The number of items per size it takes to make a full case of liquor/wine are as follows: 50mL - 6 bottles 375mL - 24 bottles 500mL - 12 bottles 750mL - 12 bottles 1.0L - 12 bottles 1.5L - 6 bottles 1.75L - 6 bottles 3.0L - 4 bottles 4.0L - 4 bottles Yes. Do you have tastings for the public at the store?Yes! The Beer Department holds tastings every Friday from 4-6 p.m. in the Beer Department. The Wine Department holds tastings every Saturday from 1-3 p.m. in the Wine Department. BEER: How many products do you carry?The Beer Department features over 3,000 products from around the world. BEER: Do I have to pay a deposit on a keg, a tap, or a tub? Are they refundable?If you do not have a keg shell to exchange you will need to pay a CASH or CHECK ONLY deposit. If you choose to pay with a check, we will not hold the check but will deposit it and give a cash refund upon return of the item. Accordingly, when returning rented items all deposits will be returned in cash payments.
BEER: Do you carry Colorado beers and other microbrews?Keg Shells: $25 or $30 depending on the brand Taps: $40 Import Taps: $75 Tubs: $25 All deposits are refundable within a 30 day period; after 30 days deposits are forfeited. We will buy back a non-refundable keg shell after this 30 day period for $5. Yes! We carry most Colorado breweries and a wide selection of national microbreweries. Contact the Beer Department for more information. BEER: May I 'Build' my own six-pack?Yes! In aisle 8 we have a full selection of single 12oz. bottles for you to "Build Your Own" six-pack. A 20% discount is given for each full six-pack. LIQUOR: How many products do you carry?The Liquor Department features over 3,000 products - virtually every liquor product available in the State of Colorado. WINE: How many wines do you carry?The Wine Department features over 6,000 wines from around the world. WINE: If I have never been to Liquor Mart how will I know where to look for something?The Wine Dept. is organized by varietal for New World (U.S, Australia, NZ, Chile, Argentina, etc.) and by region for Old World (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, etc.). Imported wines are located in the front half of the store; domestics are in the back half. Organic wines are at the front of the store in Aisle 3. Boxes, jugs, magnums, and other larger sized bottles are located in the very back of the store near the wine refrigerators. WINE: Do you have wines from all over the world?Yes! We carry wines from every major wine growing region and even some from lesser known regions. We strive to maintain the very best selection possible in the State of Colorado. WINE: Do you carry Organic & Biodynamic wine? Or wine without added sulfites?Yes! We have the most extensive collection of Organic & Biodynamic wines anywhere. These are at the front of the store in Aisle 3. WINE: May I special order a wine that you do not carry?Yes! If you have purchased the wine in Colorado we may be able to order it for you. Special Orders of less than one case are often charged a "broken case" fee of about $1.50 per bottle. Unfortunately, some wines are allocated strictly to restaurants by directive of the winery itself. WINE: Can you import a wine I had in another country?No! Colorado has a "three-tier" system. A retailer may only purchase products from a wholesaler who may only purchase product from a supplier. There is no exception to this law. WINE: May I special order past vintages of wine?Generally, the answer is no. Once a particular wine has changed vintage on our shelves, that indicates our distributor has sold out of the previous vintage. On rare occasions, high-end specialty wines may be available in past vintages, but will generally cost more. |
